Contribuisci feedbackI just left the drive-thru line. I ordered a salad and a nuggets kid meal. Got to my daughter's swim lesson and realized a salad had a bunch of brown old lettuce and the apples were starting to go bad that was within the salad. In addition I didn't even get a fork to eat the salad with. I tried to call the location and there was no answer. Unfortunately I don't have time to go back to the location today. $18 is a lot of money for this type of service. I'll be opening the bag in triple checking all of my items next time before I pull off.Edit. The juice box didn't even have a straw attached to it. Seriously? Explain that to a 3 year old.
This is a nice and new Chick-Fil-A with an easy entrance right beside the light at the entrance to Prime Outlets. It's clean and fresh and new with plenty of parking and two lanes for the drive through. Super friendly and helpful staff. They had about 3 people taking orders in their iPads and three runners bringing food to the cars. Incredibly efficient. With 8 cars around us we were in and out in like 6 minutes. Easy in and out experience.
This is the first location I have been to, to sit in line for nearly 15 min for a salad and drink. Also, I asked for double salad dressing while ordering. Once I get to the p/u window, I check my bag to only receive 1. Once asked for additional dressing, I was told that they have a limit on dressing. Even offered to pay for the extra dressing. However, they still refused to give it. Chic-Fil-A has been around for many years now. At other locations I have never ran into this problem nor lack of customer service until I have visited this particular location
On two recent visits the drinks that I ordered were correct on the receipt, but I was given the wrong drinks. Everything else was fine though, I like this store. Please tell the staff to read the orders and get it right. These two incidences took place in a two week span, one time when it was busy and another time when it was slow.
I give 3 stars because the only reason why I keep going back is the hash browns so good. Rarely is my order correct. I ask for iced tea... I get lemonade. Today, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit meal and ordered by number. I got to work only to find that my meal was just a bacon biscuit. Sigh. Disappointed with this location as again order is only about 20 correct each time I go. Also the staff, although a few a very good, the majority of them were on their cell phones when I pulled up to the drive thru window.
