Empire Little Bar Bistro - Norfolk

Went to the 219 to dinner before a game. the food was excellent (hubby had the filet and I had the pork). the service was a little hurry, but I think that was because it was also restaurant week and the restaurant was full. he was very nice, just a little hurry. we will definitely be back and I would absolutely recommend the 219.

Love this place. Filet au poivre is amazing as are the Brussels sprouts.

Me and my girls got together and I loved it except the small portioned food. Other than that it was great.
