Not overcrowded, but food lasted 30 minutes to arrive and then was the wrong order. When we finally got our order, my Irish one was cold and too salty. guinness was good, but takes more than that into consideration to consider itself as irish pub.

Went to Grace O’Malley’s for the first time prior to seeing “Wicked”. We felt like we were in a nice Irish pub. The food was typical pub fare, cooked perfectly. We visited early so it wasn’t loud but, if it was, that would not have detracted from a pub environment. Our server was attentive but not pushy. We will return again!!

Great pub atmosphere. Good service and alcohol selection. All the food was delicious. My fish and chips could've been crispier, I think it was done before the rest of our meal and sat. Will return and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pub in downtown Norfolk.

Our server was an absolute master at his job. Our drinks never went empty and his attitude was amazing and positive. I would love to tell you his name but he was true to his word and got me hammered.
