Johnny Rockets - Norfolk

The server was pleasant, although I had difficulty understanding her. However, she impressed my son by remembering all three of our orders. Unfortunately, we faced some downsides during our visit. The server was preoccupied with three tables and didn't come back to check on us after our food was served. My son opened his burger to confirm it was made as he requested, only to discover a couple of strands of hair in his cheese. By the time the server returned, my other son and I had already finished our meals, and I had to call her over. When my son finally received his burger, we waited again—over 10 minutes—for her to return so we could order milkshakes, which took another 15 minutes to arrive. Overall, it was definitely not worth the $80+ we spent for what was meant to be a special Daddy's Date Night!

I visited a Johnny Rockets for the first time since my trip to Cedar Point over a decade ago, and I was really pleased with my meal. I ordered the Route 66 burger, and the grilled mushrooms were perfectly cooked, while the burger itself was juicy and delicious. The onion rings were decent as well. I also loved the chocolate shake—it was wonderfully creamy without being too thick, which is just the way I like it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!

I had my first experience at Johnny Rockets, and they definitely treated me well! It’s a place full of charm! The customer service was excellent, and I really enjoyed my burger. I highly recommend it.

Had the Mushroom and Swiss burger, fries with bacon and cheese. Service was great and the waiter was very good at his job. Was able to memorize multiple orders with no errors. Tried the Hershey Chocolate Strawberry Kiss milkshake and was not impressed. Chocolate flavor over powered the Strawberry but overall visit was good.

Bro.... This was the BEST burger I've ever had hands down. I'm not even exaggerating. The actual meat itself was so juicy and flavorful. They serve your burger on brioche buns, and it's just perfection. Especially with your fresh greenery on your burger to balance it out. The fries were perfect too. I love them crunchy !! And to top it all off it looks like the cutest little diner. I can't wait to go back. Can't forget about the milkshake. That was delicious too. Overall, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. The vibe , the service, the food, the cleanliness is 100%.
