Kfc - Norfolk

Absolutely terrible service. Give 0 stars if possible. I ordered 2 meals that came with cookies And did not get any cookies at all and I got 2 pages of potatoes and gravy when I asked about one side of the gravitation. It's not the first time that something like that happens and I'm sure it won't be the last.

Nothing worse than your heart on a 12-part original recipe chicken only set to discover a box full of its not so crispy recipe. I'm sure they didn't change their fat in a month. I'm also sure my chicken was cooked yesterday and showed up in a dirty tray. It was moist and cold and so messy. When did a bucket cost 25? Kfc must have upgraded. Do I doubt?ll ever enjoy another taco from this business too. I'm sorry.

A few of the times that we have come here they have been out of chicken. This time they had chicken but seemed to be lacking gravy. All of our mashed potatoes and gravy had a very small amount of gravy on them.

Some in the menus are not available or will wait for at least 30 minutes... Not enough utensils available and no more napkins. Restroom needs some attention, please keep it clean and tidy.

The restaurant was busy but I still got my food in a timely manner and it was delicious. The service was also satisfactory and the restaurant was clean. All and all a good experience.
