Papa John's Pizza - Norfolk

This Papa John’s has the best customer service I've experienced in years! Casey is fantastic! If he’s not the manager, he definitely should be. My pizza had a bit too much cheese, and when I requested some peppermint, they not only added it quickly but also made a completely new pizza for me without any hassle. I appreciate the great attitude and service. This is the only Papa John’s I go to on Hampton Street!

This Papa John’s is impressive! The team is super fast and friendly. Unlike other places on Colley Avenue, this location has its own parking lot for Papa John’s and some of the neighboring businesses. It's really convenient for pick-up orders. They take safety seriously with their mask policies, but keep in mind that there isn't any seating inside. (The bank next door has been renovated. Enjoy your visit!)

I’ve ordered from here many times, and the food always arrives hot and fresh while I'm at work. Keep up the great work—five stars and many thumbs up!
