Contribuisci feedbackJust seen they had the value boxes back at Popeyes so I decided to go. I don’t eat dark meat so I usually upgrade to two breast (white meat). After getting to the window it was explained to me that they could not do it in the system yet and that I would have to make another choice. After explaining I don’t eat dark meat Marielle went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated. Thank you marielle and the rest of the Popeyes team. Great training
I updated my rating to 2 stars. Two times before 10 a.m. I got the apology closed message in the speaker box on the drive. Tonight the message played twice and then someone started talking to take my order I was already pulled out to go). Not sure if they only try to close early, but it is definitely annoying if you get service during the open hours. There was no one up there when I left between 9:30 and 10. If they are closed before 10 a.m., they must update the business hours.
I had to use the app and drive thru because they were not open for the service.. I thought I only had the nuggets, but somehow I got the food. Luckily it was $8. Everything was very felt. Will definitely go to other places.
If I gave them 0 stars. You have no problem charging me. But they let me wait for my food forever while the employees play on their phones. If I were the owner, I would either get new employees or just give up in the store. Terrible service, would not recommend. Save your money and your time
I've never eaten myself here, but I've been here many times to pick up delivery orders. They are vigilantly understaffed, which leads to the drive thru absurdly long. The dining room was closed last time I left, which only led to the line being even slower. They are also often low in or out of stock on items that are not updated in apps such as Ubereats, Doordash, etc. and caused cancellations and wasted my time as a delivery driver.
