Rally's - Norfolk

Dreadful customer service and there was enough salt on my little frit to put 5 big frits and they don't listen. throw away the whole restaurant?

Old food, that was hard and disgusting. definitiw a waste of money

The food was hot, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my experience. I've visited this place twice, which feels like more than enough. The line of three cars took 20 minutes to navigate. The workers seemed annoyed to have customers, and when I mentioned that they had overcharged me, the window was abruptly closed, then reopened to provide me with the corrected amount without any communication or explanation. I would suggest traveling a few miles to the next Rally's location instead.

The young girl needs to improve her work performance. I ordered two scoops of ice cream in a cup, but when I asked why they were in a cup, she took them back. They were melting and, honestly, I've never seen ice cream served so small. I won’t be returning—this experience really ruined it for me.

Good food wait too long BUT Not because of the workers...stop having two people work alone. Even on your slowest day that isn't enough for a fryer, grill, sodas, ice cream,, ringing up, taking orders and cleaning?
