I love going to this smoothie bar. Every drink that I have ever tried has been beyond spectacular. The service.. IS TOP TIER!! If someone asks me where to get a smoothie.. I ALWAYS SAY SMOOTHIE MANIA! Hands down the best in the entire Hampton Roads.

The restaurant is conveniently located near the second-floor parking garage, making it easy to access. The staff were friendly and welcomed me with complimentary pineapple fruit skewers. I ordered the Super Green Detox drink, which was incredibly fresh. One highlight for me was the ginger in the beverage—it was delightful! I would definitely recommend this place!

This is definitely my favorite spot for smoothies. I visit at least once a week, and I've never been let down. My top choice is the pecan cheesecake smoothie—it's incredibly delicious!

Never disappointed. So many healthy options. They have food, snacks, smoothies, hot teas etc. All natural and made with care. They have lots of options for kids too.
