Sushi King - Norfolk

I have mixed feelings about this place to be honest It was tasty but the service wasn’t up to my standards Overall good experience

We walked in it was bit busy and had to wait 15 minutes. The drinks were cold. The service were good and very fast. The shushi came back to back when we ordered. The waitress came again and again to check on us for drinks and for food. Atmosphere was amazing, the theme of of restaurant and lighting is wonderful. I love the foundation in ther and the railings. It makes you feel like you are in Asia. Beautiful cherry blossom artificial trees and wall papers. I really enjoyed being there and the food. Will go back again.

Good value, but not for those seeking higher quality sushi. Appetizers were limited in options and passable in taste. Specialty maki roll selection is huge (34 I believe) and quite entertaining. Some are drowned in sauce so it's hard to detect the seafood, let alone savor it. Sushi rice was hastily made so did not stick together that well. Tempura items tended to be undercooked so were squishy. Atmosphere and service were pretty good. Overall worth a try, but there are better sushi king locations for the same price.

Food was amazing! Birthday boy was pleased! Place was clean. Staff was friendly.

The food tasted good and our server was awesome. The food also came out shortly after every time we ordered. My favorite is the Sea Angel roll! You really can’t beat the all-you-can-eat price compared to a typical sushi restaurant where you pay by the item.
