This particular Taco Bell is setting the standard for the franchise as a whole in my opinion. I go quite often because it's close to my home, but the staff there pick up on frequent visitors and go above and beyond to be friendly to them and all the new customers as well.
I don’t usually like to make negative reviews especially because I understand how hard working in customer service is, especially with everything that’s going on but tonight I had an awful experience. I’m giving this location four stars because usually the service is impeccable but I received nothing but attitude and eye rolls from the member who worked the drive thru. I understand that bad days happen but he was incredibly rude and it was very disheartening. He was gossiping loudly to one of his coworkers, had an airpod in his ear and got mad at me when I reminded him that my drinks were supposed to have no ice. I asked him for his name but he rolled his eyes once more and slammed the window in my face. I placed an order through the mobile app so I can’t leave a private survey through Taco Bell and I tried calling but there was a fax tone. Again, I understand that customer service is hard right now and I am a previous Taco Bell employee myself but this was just incredibly uncalled for.
Great location. Speedy service. Friendly staff. The cleanliness of the dining room is notable. Was in here twice today, first in the morning for breakfast, then many hours later for dinner and both times there was a consistent kept up appearance. This is not to be taken for granted. A lot of locations just don't the importance of these details.
