Taco Bell - Norfolk

I was told that all shredded chicken dishes will be discontinued starting October 2020, which is really disappointing!

The orders are consistently accurate, the food is always fresh, and the staff is incredibly friendly. It's clear that this Taco Bell is well-managed.

I ordered several times from this Taco bell on grubhub and not even did they get the order right or they left sauce. The staff has a negative setting when you go to the drive thru. I'm going 15 minutes to get better service.

Went to this location on newtown rd today. They have horrible customer service. Person at the window did not even greet me and did not respond after saying thank you upon receiving my food. They did not put a straw or sauce with my order...so my son went inside to get some and after getting his straw he said thank you to the cashier and she just turned around and walked away. Very bad experience. Will not return to this location

The food was eloquently made but I have to admit with seven people on shift, two burritos and two tacos should not have taken a half hour to make it should have taken 2 1/2 minutes to make 5 tops. Their were 4 people on the line and 3 more and more clicking on in the time we were there... but again the food was on point!
