Contribuisci feedbackWe enjoyed our visit to Cold Stone very much, we only come here twice a year. It is always fun to taste unique flavors and observe the ice actually being made. The staff were pleasant and very friendly and the building was clean inside. People were respectful and waited outside before they came in because there were many people inside. Masks were needed at the entrance, but we had no problem with that.
A Sunday stopped at noon and they looked closed because no one was parked in front. I went in and was perhaps the first customer there for the day since the staff asked me if I thought they were closed. The ice cream I got was good, but the price was around $6.50 or so for a large bowl Oreo ice cream without toppings. Luckily I had a gift card, because this is quite expensive for a bowl of ice. Besides being a little expensive, it was good 'cream.
The staff was great! My husband had not been with a cold stone and employees were patient with him trying to leave flavors and answered our menu questions. Only at this point is the location in College Hills. I think this place could be bigger. If it rains or you don't want to sit outside, it's best to go your ice cream. There are not many seats inside.
Large selection of ice flavors, toppings, and you have the opportunity to eat your ice cream in a bowl or in a cup. While Cold Stone Creamery is open all year round, summer is the busiest time of the year and sometimes there are not enough places to sit without being crowded by people - that is when I eat in my car. 4/5, because... count your change before you leave the register. I've just changed my last visit, but I didn't know until I got into my car. It was less than 20, but still...
