Order:1 Kale Crunch Page (big) received two small containers of dewildered (body of Kale leaves were three different shades of dark green and completely limp) green slim leaves. Crunch not even possible.2 Grilled Nuggets w/honey Senf diving sauce received fried nuggets and no sauce.3 Grilled chicken sandwich received cold grilled chicken sandwich.4 Grilled chicken club sandwich received what was ordered and it was right.5 Mac cheese medium, which was ordered and it was right. In the past, I have reported these types of problems for this location about their company website. This location simply does not improve that they want to give you a voucher, instead perhaps this method of reporting will be more productive for correcting these basic types of problems.

For the first time I had a spicy chicken sandwich and all the way around well. Food: 5/5

I eat at Chick-fil-A quite often and sometimes at least once a week. But this location in Sooner Mall is absolutely awful compared to every other location. The person who was working the register was very unpleasant and seemed miserable to be at work. She did not communicate very well. The station where you get lids and condiments was disgusting and there was sauce all over the floor. All the trash was overflowing to where you couldn't even use them. Most of the tables were dirty. There was an awful smell in the back near the bathroom where the back tables were. I have certain Chick-fil-A's that I go to and will continue to go to but I will never go back to this location.
