My brother ordered the Crazy Hot Nashvillain with onion rings, while I chose the Chirp Nashvillain with fries. My sandwich was so spicy that I needed a to-go box to bring it home for my brother to eat. It turned out that our sandwiches got switched because he mentioned that his sandwich wasn't spicy at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also have tabletop games available for guests to enjoy while savoring their Nashbird!

Decent chicken, quick service, and clean tables. Not a place I would go out of my way for, but worth it if your looking to try something new or like chicken with a kick to it. Someone commented that this place is like high-end fast food... and I think that's a fair statement. Hard to disagree when their menu is a mix of chick-fil-a and raising cane's.

If I could leave no stars I would. My husbands food wasn’t fully cooked, and the staffing is horrific…. A bunch of un supervised kids screaming, running in and out of the building dripping sweat running into us as we walked in, swinging wet cleaning rags all over the place slapping each other. Horrible horrible experience.

If you come here to pick up a over east or a door dash order, they treat you like you don't exist. They would rather wipe down tables then get your order for their prepaid customers.

We waited over an hour over an hour for our food and it came out cold. The service was terrible, I ordered the hot dang salad and the they put it in a side salad bowl never coming
