Excellent food, well personalized, attentive and helpful waitress. Cooking the food itself was really fun! The Bulgogi and beef breezes were fantastic! We really enjoyed the Korean pancake. The squid and the octopus were fun to cook, but the octopus was probably our least favorite. The place was also very clean! Definitely plan to go back.
Guys, it's a Korean BBQ. Cooking for yourself is part of the experience. The price is comparable to similar restaurants in other cities. The service was good when we were there. I guess it depends on who you get. I feel like they got the message and work on the service. The food is good. Some of the meats have not seasoned, but we saw the other reviews and brought our own.
First, Korean BBQ is usually a home cooking at the table. That means I wasn't disappointed at all. You bring the meat you choose, cook it and eat it and then order more! That was the most authentic Korean I had in a very long time. After living in Korea for years, I am very picky about my Korean and that was wonderful!
I had a really good time here. I got a couple of looks for coming in on my own but don't let that stop you! The squid is bomb, the pork belly is yummy but not the best I'v ever had, and the N Y steak is a giant disappointment. Next time I come I'll be trying to season it myself with salt and pepper because it is blander then oatmeal. The service is alright. I will say that the poor girl who was serving me needed more training on how to cut the meat in a timely manner hey she was there for almost 10 minutes. But all and all it was a great time. Lunch is 12.99$ per person and dinner is 22.00$ per person. Good place.
