Applebee's - Norristown

Due to the pandemic they are understaffed but they made it work. Our waitress was a joy. She was very helpful and accommodating even though it was her and one other person as wait staff. The food was good. The new Dwayne Johnson drink was good. I will go back again.

I would rate this restaurant 4 out of 5 for their lunches. Four of the meals I ordered were great, but the fifth one was overcooked. I've dined here several times, and the service is typically very good to excellent, while the food is consistently decent. Overall, they generally score an 8 or 9 out of 10, but they're just shy of earning that fifth star.

Cymaruh was our server, and she did an excellent job! She truly deserves a raise—she was incredibly sweet, kind, and generous. The food was served promptly and tasted amazing.

We had a fantastic time, even though we arrived just before closing! The music was lively, and our waitress was friendly and playful, just like me. I wouldn't hesitate to return or even make this my go-to spot for gatherings with friends and family. My girlfriend tried the sample drink, *Frost Bite,* which was only $1, so it seemed like an easy choice, but she ended up not liking it. They mentioned they would remove it from our bill twice, but it never happened.

Great food and not overly crowded. Waitress could've been more attentive but overall service wasn't horrible.
