Bamboo - Norristown

I've been visiting Bamboo for years, and my go-to order is usually the vegetable spring rolls and General Tso tofu. However, everything I've tried there is amazing!

The food, service, and atmosphere were fantastic! I will definitely be returning.

When the food arrived, it all came at once, and the tea was clearly black tea. Meanwhile, the waiter spent most of his time on his phone, and I found it difficult to get his attention. At one point, a woman reached across our table to grab plates we weren't using, which I found quite disrespectful. I tried to get the waiter's attention again so we could ask for the check, but he had not come back to our table since taking our order. I believe the restaurant needs to improve its customer service considerably. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend dining in; I would suggest opting for takeout instead.

This charming family-owned restaurant offers delicious and freshly prepared food served hot. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I eagerly look forward to visiting every week!

Came in for an early dinner with my wife. The young man waiting on us seemed ok. We ordered 2 wonton soups. I asked for my soup to be extra hot and it was just barely warm. They have no noodles on the table which I have never seen in a Chinese restaurant. The wonton soup was awful, tasteless. After the waiter took our order, he then proceeded to go eat and left us with waitresses who did not speak English. They also got my shrimp fried rice wrong. I asked the waiter what vegetables were in it and asked for no vegetables but it came out with bean sprouts in it. When he came over.instead of apologizing, he gave me attitude when he the one who made tge mistake. The wings and spring rolls my wife ordered were not good. When we mentioned the chicken bones that were on the floor, he said he did not have time to pick them up. The only good part of my meal was the 2 cans of coke. They did not once come over to check on us and the restaurant was not busy at all.Do not go to this restaurant. They are rude and the food is awful!
