The **** place was closed. Why do we accept reservations?

When we arrived in the restaurant for our reservation, it was closed. a message at the door shared that it was closed for a family problem and that it was unsafe.

This restaurant is closed. Phone number disconnected. I hope I get my points anyway since I booked this restaurant instead of something else. As is, I barely had time to grab food somewhere else before a meeting.
