Dunkin' - Norristown

The staff is not very friendly and always seem irritated that you are bothering them at work. The inside is stark and not inviting at all. Better to go through the drive through.

Served me worst coffee of my life. The lady who took my order was so nice and was running the whole show, there was one other lady there screaming at her that she made the coffee already, but obnoxiously, more cream than coffee and no sugar when I asked for just normal cream and sugar. I’m going back right now to complain

Went through the drive through and ordered a medium iced coffee and bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. I had a free coffee coupon and they told me it was fake. Then as I paid and left I noticed they gave me a bagel with cream cheese, which was not what I ordered. I went back with the receipt and wrong bagel and the woman told me she gave me the bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Why would I come back if she gave me the correct sandwich? I then ordered the same exact coffee and used the coupon for a mobile order and it worked. Laziness and ignorance at this store, will never come back.

The coffee is always poorly made. Customer service is bad. They don't tell you your total when ordering in the drive thru. The store looks suspect/janky.

This dunkin check in was to mark old memories of going there regularly for quick grabs. After living in the east coast for long and moving to west, realized that it holds a lot of good old memories. I'm not a coffee person, so grabbed some donuts and croissant. The ice coffee is my partner's.. no comments. It's Dunkin, and it's always the way it's designed to be.
