Wendy's - Norristown

The lady at the register was awesome and we made her laugh and I'm glad we did. She was the highlight of my day.

I had an issue with the App. Cassandra was very patient and understanding as I tried to figure it out. 10/10 for her customer service!

Garbage location. Either their app never works correctly or this specific location they under cut the amount of fries or just get the order wrong. I was triple charged and didn't even get my rewards item on my order. Not worth it, don't go here just save your money.

Food was good, staff was pleasant, welcoming, seemed to really appreciate your business!

Drive thru was asslow as vould be. And it would have been nice to have a spoon with my Frosty.
