This is my kind of place ? nothing fancy but great food and friendly service. I had one of the breakfast specials, apple cinnamon French toast with local maple syrup, and it was so good! Plenty of parking, cash only.

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts and delicious dishes. Every time I visit the Berkshires Renee?s has become my first stop. Highly recommended!!!

Came here with a large party on two separate days; they were extremely amenable and the food (particularly the specials) was utterly fantastic. Easy, easy recommendation!

What a charming little spot! The servers are consistently friendly and welcoming, and the food is served hot. My only suggestion would be to replace the home fries with fresh potatoes instead of frozen ones, and to consider making your own Hollandaise sauce for the Eggs Benedict. This isn't a negative review; just some observations on areas for improvement. Overall, the food is quite good. A fun tidbit: the owner also has a store in the Emporium on Main Street in Downtown North Adams, which is definitely worth a visit as she creates beautiful pieces. Implementing those small changes could elevate her business and make it a go-to destination for anyone visiting the North Adams area or the Berkshires.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. My boyfriend and I ordered breakfast, and everything on our plates had a metallic, cast-iron taste—even the toast! To make matters worse, our bill came to $40, including the tip, which felt excessive given the experience. The waitress was friendly, but she didn’t seem to notice that I only managed to eat half a pancake and half a sausage. Overall, it was a frustrating waste of money, especially since I didn’t enjoy any of the food.
