Poor customer service ordered 2 pizzas they forgot one and the one they gave me was burned and hard

This place is absolutely horrible, I ordered online and they had absolutely no problem taking my money, it has been over 2 hours and still I haven't received any food, and when I try to call the store the man answering the phone is just hanging up on my face, I paid for them to deliver it, and they don't even have the decency to pick the phone. I need a refund but I can't get ahold of anyone!!!! Don't waste your money here

This place is great. Service and employees were all great and communicative.
