For a place that calls themselves a prime steakhouse, the place was a disappointment..Service was slow and there were only tables of customers, anyone that got steak did not finish the meal and it was not because they served too much, the quality of meat was poor and most meals were Luke warm

Even though the restaurant was half full our waitress would disappear for minutes at a time. Several times. When she was there she was very pleasant but for a slow night she should have been more available

Overall the dining experience was subpar, from the poorly made martini, to the mushy shrimp and the fatty filet, the experience was disappointing. I am grateful that they deducted my entire meal from our check, but that only reinforces how bad the experience was for me. Others in my party were surprised by the decline in service and had higher expectations

The food is priced as better than average but it is average at best

The place needs an upgrade overall, decor, food, ambiance... I could go on but I won’t. They need to close it down and do a complete remodel. They also need to add some healthy choices to the menu. Time to bring the whole place into the Century
