Boston Chowda Co - North Andover

We liked the chowder and the lobster roll and we would buy these again. Two disappointments however, both big enough to me to reduce my rating to three stars: 1. My wife picked up the food and expressed her surprise when she returned home that the man packing her items said nothing. Not a word. Not, Hello. Not, Thank you. Not, Have a nice day. Not, goodby. Nothing. Was awkward and uncomfortable. Incredible. Why should I spend more money there? 2. The lettuce from my wife's sandwich looked old! I wouldn't eat it. I wouldn't serve it. See photo.

Super friendly staff, you are greeted upon arrival. Had 1/2 and 1/2, the clam chowder and salad. Soup was delicious, hot and plentiful and the salad had a good variety of crisp greens, fresh veggies and crispy bacon. So good, I went two days in a row!

Delicious food! Hot lobster roll and clam chowder were amazing. My husband had the fish and chips. We actually tried this place twice on our trip and it was the best seafood we ate! We also tried the roast beef which redeemed it for us (don't go to Rizzo's). Overall, very good.
