Chipotle Mexican Grill - North Andover

I came in and ordered a kids quesadilla meal, a chicken burrito with guacamole and a chicken bowl with guacamole at around 7:18pm on March 12,2024. First of all the lady didn’t even try to wrap my burrito she saw the tortilla ripped and paused and the continued to put it in the foil. Sloppy work. Second I ordered a kids meal and they failed to give me the kids chips and drink so my fiancée got back in line and told them they forgot and they looked at him like he was crazy. They didn’t know what he was talking about. He had to tell them it’s supposed to come with those items and even then they were hesitant. We left with a kids drink but no chips.Buying food at chipotle is not the cheapest, so for the employees to forget or mess up your order is really frustrating especially when you directly ask them for what they messed up on and they look at you like they don’t know what you’re talking about.Not to mention this location was absolutely filthy. There is no reason why all the tables should have mountains of food from previous customers on there. Especially with the amount of employees that were clocked in. I’ve seen more understaffed locations with sharper employees, better atmosphere and cleaner facilities.Do better.

It’s so dirty in here they need a health inspector in there immediately. The girl with the face tattoo is so rude and I’m sorry but if I’m paying $12 for a burrito you should probably not empty the spoon before putting it on the burrito…..

The worst servers attitude, she was slamming my bowl around because we ask for extra chicken, asked for Lettuce and the reply was you CANT see there is none. The cashier was even worst she notice I was upset and treated me even worst, Thursday 2/8/24 7:50

Don’t go to this location if you are using mobile order. You will wait at least twice as long. Also, there is not a single clean table in the restaurant, so don’t come here if you prefer not to have other people’s leftovers all around you. Honestly, just drive the extra 10 minutes to the next closest Chipotle.
