Times have changed and that was obvious at the N Andover location. Like i was doing them a favor bypurchasing bagels here. Last time I do that.
Every time we place an order here for curbside pick up, we always end up having to go inside just to find our order sitting on the shelf because nobody has the courtesy to bring it out. If you don?t provide curbside pick up, remove it as an option insteadof wasting customers? time. Cheese Flat Bread was oily and disgusting. Never again.
I have a dairy allergy and I asked to switch my smoothie with another smoothie cause I can?t have it and they threw my old one out and then told me I had to pay for a new one. They were very rude about it and I didn?t like my treatment. I wasdiscriminated against because of my age and think it was very unnecessary. Waste of money don?t come here.
At 6.12On Saturday morning, my girlfriend and I went to this shop with great pleasure, but we met the worst service in my life. The person in charge of the front desk on that day was too rude and arrogant. How could such a well-known chain store hire sucha person is beyond my comprehension! A breakfast affected my mood all weekend.
Although this place is constantly hustling and bustling. It's a great environment everyone is always friendly. Service is always amazing everyone is kind. Had an issue and multiple managers stepped in to correct it fixed the issue without any hassle.Definitely recommended this Panera
