Sal's Pizza North Andover

We order here quite often because we? I'll be right on the street. Ordered half cheese, half perfume and sausage tonight, and they grounded our pizza with half sausage, half perfume, so my children cannot eat the pizzas that they were excited for tonight. (Also not for the first time? ve has ruined our pizza, but we usually understand mistakes happen and let it go). Maybe 4-5 times before 8:00, no one called the phone for me to tell them they screwed up the pizza and my kids are in hysterics. Super disappointed by her customer service, I worked for years in a pizza shop in my teenagers and knows that they still clean up the store in there. We even responded after hours to let the customer know that we were closed for these exact reasons mean courtesy. Wish they did the same! What a shame, super disappointed tonight. Pizza here was always average, but the kids loved it. Definitely won?t back after this screw and Sunday night?s flow of tears.

I don't think they tried tonight. After a long trip home picked up. I'm home and we opened it. Overcooked, thin crust on 1 side thick on the other. You need to know it was garbage.

Very disappointed, each slice burned under and with a lot of flour

I often have pizza from this place. It's never great, but it's generally solid pizza. Some times are worse than others. Tonight was one of those times. Look at the hole in this one disc. The rest of the slices of pizza all pulled apart in the same place. Obviously the crust was too thin.

Went to the Sal's in North Andover MA. The pizza was awesome. We got 2 pizzas, 1 cheese, 1 white pizza with chicken, oil, broccoli and ricotta cheese. Cooked perfectly. Shout out to Carlos and the crew...all seemed happy to be there. Smiling and professional. I don't give out a 5 very often, today was a 5. We have been to this Sal's many times, this was the best. Way to go Carlos, keep up the great work ??
