I have to say that after reading all of the bad reviews, I wasn't going to go, but my granddaughters kept begging me to find a nearby bubble tea store, and since this was the closest, I took a chance! First, we walked in and the store was super clean. Then we were greeted by a friendly young lady (on sunday 10.4.20) at the emerald square mall. She helped us with the menu, we watched her make the bubble teas, and they were absolutely delicious!! We'll go back for sure. I felt that this young lady at this particular store deserved a good score.

Worker doesn't really seem to know about the products she's selling. Smh.

How are you gonna run a drink shop and have no drinks at 12:14pm. Ridiculous, I work in the mall and we all open at 10am and have everything ready at least by 10:30 latest. How are there no drinks when thats all you guys serve. First and last time going there. No apologies or customer service. Sad.
