The service is a bit slow and the prices are somewhat high, but there's no denying that they offer some of the best ice cream around. My personal favorites are the pie-flavored varieties, such as apple and blueberry.

Typically, this place is fantastic, but during our last few visits, our orders have been incorrect.

I love the ice cream, but the service is awful. I went in since the drive-thru line was too long. The checkout experience was great, but the teenagers working there were very rude and unprofessional. My ice cream was only half made, and my daughter's was the same way. The staff was just messing around in the back. I'm really disappointed this time. Maybe next time will be better.

My husband just left your Aurora location, and he's decided he will never return. What happened to Oberweis? He went there after experiencing rudeness at the Oswego store last week. He brought back 8-10 empty bottles. Before he could even finish entering the store, your employee at the Aurora location told him, "I cannot take any of them unless you buy something." Are you serious? This is how you welcome a customer who is returning 10 empty bottles? Of course we're going to buy your product. This is unbelievable. We will not be returning to Oberweis again, yet my husband STILL ended up purchasing something today.
