Got myself a few chicken sandwiches and some sort of pepper whopper with no tomatoes, the exact name escapes me. The place seemed a little frantic at moments, it seemed as though the people ahead of me were waiting for quite some time. I waited, patiently, as a man does. Order 23 I head called out. Walking up to the counter to get my paper bag, I grasp it and thank the Burger King employee. The chicken sandwiches were what you 'd expect, meh. On the other hand! The Whopper was very interesting! Of course, it was the wrong Whopper, WITH tomatoes of course. What made it interesting though was that the sauce that was on it was actually grey? The Whopper was just as tasteless and bland as any other Whopper I 've had, but this grey sauce. Literally NO flavour.. For sauce that looks like grey paint shouldn 't it have SOMETHING to offer? Staff was friendly with me though, which is always a plus. Yea, don 't know about this one, guys. If you 're feeling burger vibes, just go up the road to Mic Macs and get your fix.
Need a little better quality control, the bun was mouldy, rest of the meal was fine. dine in was closed due to staff shortage but that can’t be helped I suppose
Yesterday was heading out of town and needed a quick stop to pick up something to eat. I grabbed a hamburger special they had on and it was great.
My family and I went there on a home trip from camping. It was during lunch time and I thought it wouldn’t be as busy as McDonald’s. I also read they had a play area for kids/ so we thought we would try it out. Nope. Won’t go back. First- the play area is built for big kids- like 4 or 5 foot big kids. There isn’t anything for smaller kids to do. Which is a big disappointment as it’s the smaller kids that need to run around and get energy out for the road trip. Second- there was No toys in the kids meals so there was an ice cream option or $0.60 off. : toys are awesome to keep kids busy in the car on a road trip. Ice cream just makes them sugary hyper...and with no place to play that’s their size. It’s a disaster. Third- the lady serving our food placed our fries so they literally spilled out into the tray. Like nothing happened; it was ok to her. I had to puck up the fries and put them back into their containers- which stand up right quite nicely by themselves. Fourth- the baby changing station needed a lot of maintenance. I had to prop the end up with my knee as I changed my baby so it wouldn’t have a lean that would slide the little guy right off. Restraint was clean enough and the food was served hot and efficient. Staff wasn’t that friendly- but maybe that was because I was disappointed and a bit grumpy with my overall experience. If you have littles- just go to McDonald’s. You will be much more satisfied with everything. Even if it would be during a busy lunch rush.
