Pizza Hut - North Battleford

We wanted pizza and noticed their sign as we entered North Battleford. The place was clean, easy to park at and was licensed. We had a well made pizza and a drink each. The price was moderate and the service was good.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Only problem we had was with a supervisor/assistant manager who must have been having a bad start to his day. After requesting another person to assist us, things went a lot better. Service turned good & was quick. Rest of staff was friendly. Pizza & wings were good as usual.

Ridiculous level of service. I could explain every little thing that went wrong from the beginning to the end but really we were laughing by the end of the evening because it was truly like someone was playing an elaborate joke.... BAM he forgets to take our order...BAM he forgets to set our tableBAM he forgets our drinks ....BAM he leaves a whole pizza on the counter and doesn't serve it....then BAM he forgets our bill....then BAM...it just went on all evening - it was like he was in a parallel universe ..."Why are these people expecting me to get them a fork?" "Why are there forks?" "Where do we keep forks?" he was a confused young man....the most ridiculous thing is that it was our son's 19th birthday dinner and he ordered a beer for the first time and wasn't carded....I don't think it would have been any different if it had been his 14th birthday....the aiter had not a clue or a care in the world...

I came here after a bad experience at another restaurant. There's not much to choose from in this town. I was seated promptly at 9:00 p.m. The place is open until 11:00 p.m. but one employee was vacuuming. A bit early. The table had not been properly wiped. The rugs were repulsive. A very large overweight male cook in the back was loudly making highly inappropriate comments to serving staff, particularly a young woman. I ordered a small pizza and choked it down after pressing out grease and oil onto napkins. OMG this place is bad.

My wife and I stopped in for supper on a Tuesday evening on our way through to Alberta hoping for a meal before settling in for the night. Upon entering it took 3-4 minutes to even get noticed by a staff member who finally found a table for us. She left some menu's. After we had decided on our choices we waited a good 5-10 minutes and nobody even came to take orders for drinks. It's not that it was busy as only about two other tables were occupied. Clearly they are not too concerned about serving customers. I am not sure if this a regular thing at this location or not, but either way it was not acceptable. We left and went to another pizza chain. Disappointing.
