Hi. My wife and I recently went here to celebrate our anniversary. We got quite good service, prompt attention and nice décor to look at - photos from the North Battleford City Archives. The menu is the standard Smitty's fare. The food was brought quickly and was fresh and tasty. We continued to receive good service through the meal.

The front desk gave us a quote and when we went to check in he tried to charge us $50 more. When I questioned him about it and he got very rude and then stated he just started working there. He couldn't give us our CAA discount cause he said his manager wasn't there. The lobby was not very clean and dated.Tropical inn does not give complimentary breakfast.

Food was hot and very tasty. Did not have to wait long for food and service was excellent. Would recommend it for anyone.

We stayed at this hotel because of wedding we were attending. Room was good and it was quiet. Wedding buffet was excellent. Nice time overall...
