It has been nearly ten minutes and I have only moved one car length. Are they having difficulty putting coffee in a cup or something?
Our visit to this restaurant was very disappointing. We decided to stop for breakfast on our way to Saskatoon and ordered two breakfast sandwiches with Canadian back bacon, egg, and cheese on an English muffin. After waiting for 10 minutes, our sandwiches finally arrived at the counter. However, when we unwrapped them, we discovered that they were still partially frozen (presumably not made on site but rather pre-made and stored in the freezer). We returned them to be heated up, and after another 10 minutes, they were ready. In the meantime, we also ordered a muffin, which turned out to be inedible. Both the muffin and the breakfast sandwiches were so unsatisfactory that we could only manage one bite before giving up. When my husband approached the manager to voice our dissatisfaction, she merely shrugged and said okay. We left the restaurant resolved never to return to a Tim Horton's again.
