Contribuisci feedbackI’ve always loved Dairy Queen, but my recent experience has really soured my perception of fast food. I encountered shrinkflation and even found mold on my burger bun. I spent $45 on small burgers and chicken strips that were more like a quarter of a strip. It feels like a complete joke. I thought I was paying for fast service, but what I got was far from satisfying. I think I’m done with fast food for good.
We ordered two Blizzards and two hamburgers with fries. We received the Blizzards first, but then had to wait over 20 minutes for the burgers. By the time the burgers arrived, the Blizzards had completely melted, and they weren't even the ones we had originally ordered. The staff showed little understanding and seemed completely unconcerned about our long wait of almost 30 minutes for fast food. When my girlfriend tried to express our frustrations, the manager responded with hostility, as if she were being aggressive. I do not recommend this place, and we will not be coming back.
The service is quite slow, even when the restaurant isn’t busy. I witnessed a staff member picking their nose during a break and then hurriedly attending to a customer, which was very unappetizing. The chicken strips were delicious, but the onion rings were soggy. Given its busy location, this place should be managed more effectively, and it might be time for a refresher course on safe food handling practices!
The local health inspector should be informed of the low quality of food at this restaurant. The burgers weren't even cooked and they were cold. Improperly cooked meat can cause food poisoning. The CO2 was completely off in all the beverages. No napkins, ketchup, salt, no forks and no pepper were included in the bag. The fries were good. This used to be my favorite restaurant but not anymore. Be very very careful eating here as none of my burgers were cooked. The staff don't really care about the quality of the food or the customers. The quality of service is horrible. When I called them about it nobody really cared, and since they didn't put a receipt in the bag, I couldn't get a refund. July 10, 2022
As the only Grill Chill in town, we were very happy when it opened, and it hasn't disappointed. The service is always fast and efficient. There's enough parking. It's near other places where we shop, so it's convenient. The family all have our favourites.
