Very swift service! I come here for lunch at times and it's always busy, but the line moves quick because all staff seem to work together effectively. The sandwiches are always hot and fresh. The veggies always look fresh. The Meatless meatballs are pretty great!

This place has employees that really put in their all to make sure you're served as soon as possible. The staff in the mornings are so friendly--and have my order ready as soon as I get to the counter! I definitely recommend coming here and enjoying a delicious fresh sub and some hot coffee. Their apple fritters are AMAZING!!!!! Go give them a try!

Was in a rush so I went through the drive through for two meatball subs. Neither sub had any Marinara sauce on them .. That's a new one for me, yikes.

If they had ZERO stars I would pick that. This place is TERRIBLE!!! They made a mistake on my sub, got mad at me and wouldn’t give me a new sub they scraped the wrong sauce off the bread and veggies and put it back on !!!! Very rude people and terrible service. Then I ordered a drink, didn’t get it then they wanted me to pay again as they said they didn’t charge me. 1 sub 1 drink I paid 18$ and they said they didn’t charge me! I walked out …. They fought with 2 customers before me the lady used her bare arm to hold the guys sub to cut it and he told her that was disgusting and another customer they added on a extra topping charges and she was unaware of why and was mad.

Do NOT go here I beg you. I went through the drive through, never knew this place existed and told the order taker that this is my first time here. She did not care and proceeded as if I knew the menu. I asked her about the product if I could get white bread and she got upset and told me to come to the window. In total I told her 3 times that this was my first time there. She did not explain the menue, give me options or help me understand. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Go to Tim’s across the road please. She got upset and told me I should read the sign next time this is not subway. You should see the look on her face. You should hear the rudeness in her voice. Body language, aggravation everything!!!!Awful awful service. I asked what kind of chips come in the combo, she said what ever we have here. Not in an “You can have whatever chip kind of way”, but a get from the window kind of way. I drove from PEI to Ontario, this was the FIRST time I stopped since Saturday for fast food aside from coffee and it was horrible. It’s my first and list time there. Do not go!!!! do not go!!!! do not go!!!! I kept telling her it’s my first time, by the end on the conversation like 5 times. I don’t leave reviews, but god SAVE your money.
