I was aware that the restaurant only allows dine-in for drive-thru orders placed online. Unfortunately, they wouldn't let me eat there. The manager, or at least I think he was, continually told me that I couldn't eat because only drive-thru orders were permitted. He insisted that if I didn't have a car, I couldn't eat, even though there were people eating right next to him at a table. I kept asking him to let me eat, but he claimed he called the police.
The restaurant is typically clean and well-maintained, with minimal wait times. Dining is efficient, and the staff is friendly. Food quality: 5/5.
It's fair. the people who work there are great, although their flame burgers roar, as they claim, it is not. in the ground microwaves the burgers.
I wish I can give it no star. Rude and never polite people here, If I was the owner of this place I would have everyone trained again.. The only BK I know that Never gets orders right. Another thing is they always have a problem of not giving people receipts. You should always give that to anyone who orders via cash or card.. How do you run out of receipt paper? That's important to have as part of all your registers machines in a franchise luke this.. Please get it together.
