Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The service was extremely disappointing. The person who took my order struggled with communication.

Dining experience is generally enjoyable, but the wait from ordering at the counter to receiving food at the table can be quite lengthy. This seems to be a common issue around 8 PM. I'm referring to the 14th Street location in North Bergen, NJ.

My order was spot on, with no mistakes from the kitchen. The food was hot and fresh. The customer service was excellent; even though he was busy, he maintained a professional demeanor. From now on, this will be my go-to Popeyes! Food: 5/5

Long wait, dirty tables, dirty floors, asked for ketchup, I got only two packages, I asked for senf, they gave me no...I bought a spicy chicken sandwich combo. the chicken and the horses were cold. the drinks in the machine were for more than half the aromen. of course, no matter what. the prices never go down.$12 for a cold chicken sandwich, cold pommes, no sauces, just a few choice of drinks and dirty places. is it worth? what do they all think?

I came in the evening around 9pm. The manager and the worker were polite and quick. I ordered the Hush puppy shrimp. The lobby was clean.
