Rose's Italian Deli - North Bergen

This place is the worst I've been to all year. The staff is unfriendly, there is a $25 minimum order requirement, and they can't even deliver something as simple as a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. I'm a guy and I won't be coming back here. Save your money and go somewhere else where you'll get better value for your money.

I had heard about this restaurant many times before, but had never tried it. I placed an order for pickup at 12:30 from this place. When I arrived, I parked on the road nearby. Upon entering, I was greeted by one of the owners who was very friendly. The food wasn't quite ready, so I waited for 12 minutes. Once it was finished, there were some heavy items in my order and some of the workers helped me carry it to my car. After paying, I left with my meal which was a veggie burger with a side of fries. As I dug in, I really enjoyed the meal and unlike most veggie burgers, it wasn't bland. I added chipotle mayo which added a nice kick that I enjoyed. The fries were also pretty good. Overall, everything was enjoyable.

The restaurant typically has slow delivery times, but today was exceptionally bad. We placed our food order at 10:15 before the students' lunch rush, with a promised arrival time of 12:00. It is now 1:10 and the food still hasn't arrived. One of our employees is pregnant and all we received was a simple apology.

It was early in the morning like 7 o'clock and I and bro were hungry so I try to search for any place that supplies food that is also open. roses pops on google and says it is open. I order something to eat and wait for delivery to arrive (website said about 45 minutes). I wait over two hours and my brother went to work at this point. I will be fed and go to rose to see what is with my order. the place is dark and the doors are closed, it is very obvious closed. I check the internet again to see that it is status and it still tells me that the place is open. bro please update their opening times and closing times are accurate.

Rude staff take more on that they can handle never again !
