Contribuisci feedbackThe food was overall really tasty. When we ordered an espresso they brought it to us in a mug that was a little weird but they happily moved it into an espresso cup. We thought the decor was really cute and would be a lot more fun in nicer weather. Looking forward to trying it again in the spring.
Open Table only showed reservations at 5:30pm and then at 9pm or so. My wife and I went at 5:30 no other diners were there and the restaurant was obviously unprepared for guests. The waiter was totally unfamiliar with the $75 'price fixe NYE menu, and so, it seems, was the kitchen. The food came out in odd order, served at different times to my wife and I my wife got her salad 10 minutes before I did. I got one ! oyster at that time as my app, they brought out the rest later. In most cases, the food was not good. The steak I had was okay, but our salads were swimming in dressing, the shrimp were rubbery and overcooked, and the oysters were super salty. They forgot the 'palate cleanser ' course until we reminded them, and it came out just before dessert. Even the drinks were bad a poorly mixed Cosmo, for example. To his credit, the bartender did try to fix that. To cap off the 'price fixe ' meal, we were to receive a flute of champagne, but again, we had to ask for it. They brought it out, and unbelievably, it was flat. Not a bubble in sight. All this with a 4% food gratuity on top. Just a terrible experience, especially for a NYE dinner.
We were celebrating my granddaughter’s birthday with our family and our server Tatiana was absolutely fabulous our food was very delicious!
This is quickly becoming my new favorite spot! Everyone here is wonderful and the new menu is excellent. I would highly recommend everyone try the new Betty's Wings, they're so flavorful and the cilantro ranch is just...*Chef's Kiss* The roasted forest mushroom flatbread is just as amazing. Just imagine ooey gooey cheese with earthy umami flavors from the mushroom mix with slight tangy/sweetness from the tomatoes! As far as service, Elizabeth the manager, greeted us with smiles and we had some easy flowing conversation before the food came. She made us feel at home and made excellent recommendations off their new menu. Thank you to Hello Betty and team for a wonderful lunch!
Came her for lunch and everything was great! Service, food and drinks were so good. We were lucky enough to have a manager, Casey, stop by and chat with us. After giving us a few suggestions for drinks we ordered the Appalacian smash. Four words: wow. Just get it. Thank you to Casey and team for such an enjoyable meal during the holidays when we weren't able to spend with all of our family members.
