Hiro Sushi - North Bethesda

This is a pretty solid little sushi spot, though it's not the most aesthetically pleasing—definitely not Instagram-worthy. However, their marinated beef is surprisingly delicious! The food arrives quickly, usually within five minutes. It’s a self-service setup for water, tea, and utensils, which adds to the convenience. Overall, it's a handy place to grab some decent sushi along the Pike, though the selection is somewhat limited.

This place is perfect for a quick meal and for those on a budget. The sushi is average in flavor, but it's very affordable and the portion sizes are decent.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! It's kind of tucked away in the lower level of a business strip, but it's definitely worth seeking out. The owner and the chef are incredibly friendly. I can't get enough of the California rolls and tempura—they always prepare our favorite dishes just the way we like them and even remember our preferences each time we visit. The atmosphere is delightful, and the food is simply delicious. My family loves coming here!

I've been back for over ten years. Also the sushi in Manhattan does not compare with this little sushi spot in Rockville. They want to come before or after lunch as there is a loyal customer base and it is sometimes overcrowded. Very casual environment, clean and open layout. All that is said have definitely a seat, try their free (perfectly brewed) jasmine tea and enjoy a really good meal.

My new favorite spot!!! Small cozy place. The staff was friendly my Tuna Roll tasted so fresh!! The prices are amazing!! I expected for it to be way more expensive for a roll containing fresh fish! Free green tea. I will deff be back!!!
