Jinya Ramen North Bethesda

I like spicy Ramen more .. as I find that the noodle more able to absorb the juice for the soup which make the taste

We love Jinya!!!! We literally go every Friday!!! The service is amazing. Food always fresh and served fast!!! Mercedes is a great server he makes sure we are taken care of the whole night and checked up on us frequently. We love the entire Jinya staff!!

The Kara-Men was a bit salty but super delicious and our server Mercedes was excellent; Very attentive, respectful and so kind. He had good vibes for sure.

Mercedes was our waitress and he was so kind! He knew the menu so well and was very patient about my food allergies.I definitely would come to eat here again?

This place has a really cool industrial interior, and the service was amazing.The food was good but I wouldn't say great. The portion sizes were ample, but everything that came out was just warm. Nothing that came out was hot, which was odd. Ordered takoyaki (flavorful but a bit doughy), the spicy tuna mini taco (big portion of spicy tuna, but the shell I felt didn't compliment the tuna much), and the tonkatsu black ramen (flavorful broth, the egg was a bit undercooked, still raw/translucent on the inside, not set. This ramen isn't really spicy either).Located in pike rose, there are various parking lots/garages nearby to park in. Most of which offer 2hr free parking.
