Contribuisci feedbackOrdered the 13 (THIRTEEN) piece manager special. Got 12 pieces instead, AGAIN! for a second time! The cashier does not seem to understand English, or does not know how to count. Not worth my time to argue for a piece of chicken, but it is very annoying! Please correct your window poster to TWELVE instead of THIRTEEN, or train your personnel BETTER. Or is this a conscious strategy to lose customer?
