Tgi Fridays - North Bethesda

Once we got seated we waited over 10 minutes to order drinks or food. The chicken tenders were good but fries were cold and they didn’t bring my coleslaw. By the time someone came to check on us I was done with my food but still wanted my coleslaw so I reminded the waiter and waited for another 10 minutes. He never came back with my coleslaw and once I ordered the check I asked for it to go and got this tiny amount.

Overall, meh. Not great but not terrible. Sat at the bar. Off-putting smell there, like the bar was wiped down with a funky, not-quite-fresh towel. Music and TV were too loud at the bar, but that might just be me. Truffle mushroom and Swiss burger was excellent. Fish and chips, totally mediocre. Strangely, my leftover fish reheated well and was even better the next day. Garlic butter broccoli ... Let 's just say broccoli and not embellish. My buddy had pot stickers. Typical bar food stuff. The dipping sauce was as salty as the Dead Sea. Possibly saltier. Unenjoyably salty. Overall, middle of the road experience. I wouldn 't say no if someone wanted to go there but considering its location and the multitude of other places to eat, do your research.
