After 15 more minutes I called again and they said the pizza had just left for delivery. 15 more minutes the pizzaarrived cold and stale? clearly it was forgotten on the rack but what?s worse is that they lied about it! I always want tosupport the local food chains but this is unacceptable. If they were honest I would have understood. I?ve been a loyal customerof NB dominos but not anymore.
I had a frustrating experience with Domino's, where I was billed three times for a single order. However, the store owner really went above and beyond to understand my situation and resolve the issue, especially when corporate customer service was completely unhelpful and automated. I'm willing to give this location another chance, feeling optimistic that Dave, the owner, will ensure I'm taken care of if anything goes wrong in the future.
Review number 2, LOL. They took 35 minutes to check the quality of my food and then delivered it to me cold.
I ordered the Philly Beef Sandwich on Monday and took it home to enjoy. However, my main question is, where's the beef? The sandwich had very little beef, along with just a few peppers and onions. This is not what I expected. I regret buying it now.
I?ve been ordering from this Domino?s located in North Branch, Minnesota, for many many years. Every single time, I get outstanding results!! I would definitely recommend to a friend!! Keep up the great work.
