Poor service and attitude from barista and cashier, i order venti refresher drink, and they fill the cup to only 70% full. i went back to ask them if they can make it full, both barista and cashier gave me impatient attitude. I paid for venti size, not grande. It was not a good experience. They should always try their best and fill the drink to the top for customers.
I’ve been to the Starbucks handful of times and every time I’ve had a great experience, sometimes a little wait in drive thru but they are good. The Starbucks partners are compassionate and sweet and acknowledged you. Thank you for making my experience great with y’all every time, keep up the good work.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but had a really bad experience at this Starbucks today. 3 out of 4 items I ordered had something wrong with them. Ordered a nitro cold brew but whatever I got had ice in it, so I’m assuming it was just regular cold brew. The latte wasn’t ready when I got there, so it was made quickly which I appreciated but it was so so sour I couldn’t drink it. I’ve ordered this same drink many times, so not sure what happened, but I had it toss it. It tasted really off- not sure why. And then the worst part was my breakfast sandwich had a random gross price sticker stuck to it. See attached picture.
