Dunkin' - North Brunswick

Coffee comes out different each time, sometimes they forget to add what you say to put in your Coffee and it ends up tasting like water Coffee or black coffee. Other times they knock it out the park.

I'm here out of town. Very far from home the roads are difficult to navigate. There is a Dunkin' Donuts right next to the hotel I am staying at. I walked across the lot to them just to pick up something to eat. Not a lot of availability close to where I'mstaying. Their Lobby doors were locked and said it was drive through only. Or I'm staying you have to do a lot of driving to getto anything close because of there are no left turns. Tried to open the lobby door door was locked employee outside said drivethrough only. There was a matter of 15 ft of grass between me and them. And they wanted me to drive a total of over a mile justto go through their drive-thru. You would think something so close would allow a walk-in visit. Very disappointed don't everdepend upon them even if they are your closest location to get something to eat

I happened to stop in late morning of Election Day and they were very apologetic that they were almost out of donuts but they still managed to get me a good dozen and they were nice and fresh.

I pass by several other dunkin's to go to this location. They always get my coffee perfect to my requests and the man working in the morning is always so nice.

A lot of inexperienced people. For example, I order an english muffin and the clerk wanted to ring it up as an egg sw with no cheese and no egg . That was 3.79 as opposed to the english muffin only was 1.59. And, the clerk argued with me until Iinsisted.
