Panera Bread - North Brunswick

Had a lunch date with my daughter which we both enjoyed thoroughly. We shared some Flatbread and some laughs ???? All in all one of the best days ever ?

The prices of each item has slowly risen but the quality of the food has gone the other way. The chicken and rice soup was watery. It was not thick and creamy as it used to be. Perhaps they are now watering down the soups due to inflation costs? Whoknows. The sandwhiches are also smaller and lacked filling. I will try a different location.

It?s always well maintained and food in chains are pretty standard. Restrooms need more maintenance. Floor and table tops are cleaned but all the food scraps are in chairs at times. Staff does their job and barely interact or bother any one.

Millie, who I believe is a manager, seved us and was so nice and incredibly patient with us. We kept changing our order and my friend is a vegan, and she asked for a lot of descriptions of food on the menu. Thank you, Millie, for putting up with us! A/Cwas great on a very hot day.

A very well organized food chain Especially this branch is always maintained very well. It has many options like we can dine indoor/outdoor at the store, rapid pickup (when we order online), drive-thru, order at counter in store, we can even order atkiosk station in store. Drive-thru we tried only once and we are not super happy with the experience. So we only go withordering online and Rapid picking of the order and we are very happy with it. While picking up, we have a screen that tells thestatus of the order like in preparation or ready. We can also check the status of our order in mobile app if we order throughapp. Sandwich and soup like combos (pick two) are best.All the bakery items are delicious. Different options of coffees aregood.Blueberry muffin is one of our favorites. Mac and cheese is the best. Bagels are fresh. Tuesday bakers dozen offer forbagels is a pocket friendly option. Their unlimited coffee subscription really helps if you are a coffee addict and spend moreon coffee everyday. Huge parking lot. They have tesla charging station in the parking lot.
