Contribuisci feedbackThe first time in the restaurant gedimt and understand why this place is always empty. on Monday saw in an empty bar on football. Not sure whether there were no bartenders and other employees were only in full, but service at the bar was not present. the bartender/server was not behind the bar, and we had to literally call for the service if we needed something. there was a group of employees (our bartender/server was one of them just sitting in one standing, chilling, talking and bar was left unattended. After we had asked to take away after a box, we were automatically handed over to the deck (we did not ask the leak at this time to watch on the run, the game that had not even started yet! . the whole mood of the place is that they did not want us there as soon as possible. came with the intention to watch the game (and spend! but after the lack of service and attention we left and ended at another bar. eating was typical of TGI Fridays. news to franchise owners/management work at their personal!
Sometimes I meet my friend in the bar for a few drinks all couple months, and this place has gone downhill. I went in and there were dirty dishes and glasses everywhere, at almost all available tables. the workers were all sitting around to chat, hardly at the few customers there. I ordered a drink and it tasted terrible. my wings were so overcooked and my friend couldn't finish his hair. after an hour, someone I took was the manager then began to remove all dirty dishes on the tables, but the bartender has not yet removed the dirty stuff from the side of me or from the whole bar. she barely talked to us and it took a while to get our sack. it's cold outside, they had the air conditioning so most of us have our hoodies on top with the hood. it was just an unpleasant experience and I would rather eat at a cleaner place.
Order for delivery. it came and was partly wrong. north brunswick places repeatedly called and nobody takes off. the recording comes with input requests and no one answers. then tried to call 1 800 number and no one answers there. now extremely frustrated called another place to see if they could help with a phone contact. Nobody picked up at iselin. I have a manager at piscataway who took my information and said she would try to help and get someone to call me. credit to them for their courtesy, but I don't think anyone will call back. nothing left except that I drive to the restaurant and then what was the purpose of delivery and the fees! last order I also had a problem. would have learned. I do not recommend it and will never deal with them again. not to understand, customer service should cause them a lot to fail. completely worse. $50, maybe. I'll call the bank and the contest with the restaurant. Zero stars!
Maybe its because I haven’t gone to TGIF in a long time but it was an extremely good meal! Forgot how much I love the jack daniels bbq sauce, or the “whiskey glaze”. Wings were meaty and well sauced and the ribs were perfect, could’ve had a whole rack of them! Prices aren’t cheap but what I have in this picture was barely upwards of $20. Considering a half rack on its own is about $18 the “bucket of bones” is easily the bestMeal you can get.
Service was better than the food. Our waitress was also the bartender and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The food was standard chain restaurant quality.
