They told us to call next time. We called, told us 50 minutes, we arrived at 45 minutes. Told us to wait another 30. Get your stuff together.
If I could give this negative stars I really would. The appetizer was burnt. My chicken sandwich was burnt and we got charged for it twice after sending it back (glad we checked the bill). My husband's noodles were overcooked and the sauce was burnt. And our windshield was cracked when we walked out. Wouldn't ever return here after everything. Absolutely one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

This was a great place. I had fun. Everything was great. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Highly disappointed. Service was decent, food was terrible. Appetizers came out cold and tasted stale. I ordered the bj’s bowl with salmon, every ingredient tasted microwaved and the salmon was cold and stiff and dry, definitely over cooked. Salmon also smelled really bad. My husband ordered the brussel sprouts, they were dry with no flavor. He also ordered the flatbread pizza and the bottom was burnt and the pizza was cold. Everything seemed microwaved. The waitress was so busy, we sat with empty cups for 30 minutes. We are not new to BJ’s but we have never had such a bad experience there before.
